Our team is dedicated to supporting the Phnom Penh community and is here to help you with any inquiries related to our association directory.
Getting the Most from Your Message
A clear, well-organised email helps us respond to you faster and point you to the right part of the directory. Most of the messages we receive fall into a handful of categories, and knowing which one yours belongs to makes it easier to include the details that matter.
Common reasons people get in touch
- Updating a listing: If your association's name, focus, meeting place or contact person has changed, tell us the name of the listing as it currently appears in the directory and describe exactly what needs correcting.
- Adding a new organisation: Include the group's full name, a short description of its purpose, the area of Phnom Penh where it is active, and a public contact channel you are happy for us to show. The Join page explains what a typical profile looks like.
- Chapters and local groups: If you run a branch of a wider network, mention the parent organisation so the listing can be linked with related chapters.
- Events and corrections: Let us know if an event description is out of date or if you spot an error anywhere on the site.
Tips for a smooth reply
Use a subject line that names your organisation and the type of request, such as "Listing update – youth sports club". Write in English or Khmer, and keep attachments small; a logo or a short document is fine, but large files may not arrive. If your request concerns information that should stay private, say so clearly and avoid sending personal identification documents by email.
Please keep in mind that we are a community directory, not an official registry or government office. We cannot verify legal registration, handle disputes between members of an organisation, or act on behalf of any listed group. For questions about a specific association's activities, membership fees or schedules, contacting that organisation directly is usually the quickest route.
Before writing, you may also find your answer in our guides, which cover common questions about how listings work and how community groups in Phnom Penh can present themselves clearly.
